VOLUNTEER.

Sometimes we could use an extra hand.

You love The Kentucky Theatre. Would you like a fun way to get more involved down here? How about becoming a Kentucky Theatre volunteer? Volunteers are invaluable to us when we expect huge crowds (like our Summer Classics films series), when we’re preparing for special events, when we want to accomplish projects at the theater, and during and in the lead up to our Twelve Lions Film Festival.

There are lots of different roles for volunteers: greeting patrons at the door, giving us a hand at the concession stand, helping fix up our backstage area, decorating for the holiday season, and more. Odds are there’s a volunteer task that will suit your interests and skills.

And to show our appreciation, volunteers receive a free Kentucky Theatre movie pass for each shift worked!

To learn more, contact our volunteer coordinator, Candace. She will be in touch to answer your questions or to schedule a volunteer orientation.
